These Terms and Conditions govern your use of dreamalignrewire.com and any products or services offered by Lesley Christie, trading as Dream Align Rewire ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
We are based in Scotland. These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
Who we are
Dream Align Rewire is a personal development and coaching brand created by Lesley Christie. We offer digital products (printables, workbooks, and guided materials), coaching services, and a free newsletter. We are not a medical, therapeutic, or clinical service.
Digital products
When you purchase a digital product from us, you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to download and use it for your own private purposes. You may not resell, share, distribute, reproduce, or use our products commercially without our written permission.
As our products are supplied in digital format, by placing an order you give your express consent to Dream Align Rewire to supply the goods before the end of the cancellation period provided for in regulation 30(1) of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. By giving your consent, you acknowledge that the right to cancel the contract under regulation 29(1) of those Regulations is lost once the download has begun.
All digital products supplied must be as described and fit for purpose. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. If you experience a technical problem with your download, contact us at hello@dreamalignrewire.com and we will resolve it promptly.
All digital product payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Their terms and privacy policy apply to checkout and payment processing.
Coaching services
Coaching sessions and packages are booked and paid for through Book Like a Boss, processed via Stripe. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out at the point of booking. Please read them before confirming your appointment.
Coaching with Dream Align Rewire is a personal development and self-help service. It is not therapy, counselling, psychotherapy, or any form of clinical treatment. Lesley Christie is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or require clinical support, please contact your GP or a qualified mental health professional.
Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, the Dream Align Rewire framework, the nine archetype system, course materials, and downloadable products — is the intellectual property of Lesley Christie and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express written permission.
Educational content and disclaimer
The content on this website, in our newsletter, and in our products is provided for educational and personal development purposes only. It draws on NLP, CBT-informed techniques, nervous system awareness, and self-hypnosis approaches. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

No waiver by us (whether express or implied) in enforcing any of our rights under these terms shall prejudice our right to do so in the future.
Force majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of our obligations if the delay or failure results from events or circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, accidents, war, fire, or failure of any communications or computer system. We shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of our obligations in such circumstances.
Severance
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Changes do not affect any contract already entered into before the revision date.
