This Privacy Policy explains how Lesley Christie, trading as Dream Align Rewire ("we", "us", "our"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use dreamalignrewire.com, take our archetype quiz, purchase digital products, or subscribe to our newsletter. We are based in Scotland and this policy is governed by UK data protection law, including the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What information we collect

  • Name and email address — when you subscribe to our newsletter, complete the archetype quiz, or contact us directly.
  • Quiz responses — your answers to the Dream Align Rewire archetype quiz, which are used to identify your archetype and send you relevant content.
  • Payment information — when you purchase digital products, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy. When you book coaching sessions, payment is processed by Stripe via Book Like a Boss. We do not store your card details.
  • Usage data — pages visited, approximate location, device type, and referral source, collected via our hosting and analytics providers.
  • Communications — any messages you send us by email or through contact forms on this site.

Why we collect it and our legal basis

  • To send you our newsletter and archetype-specific emails — on the basis of your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking unsubscribe in any email.
  • To deliver digital products you have purchased — on the basis that processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To deliver coaching services you have booked — on the basis that processing is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • To respond to your enquiries — on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact us.
  • To improve the website and understand how it is used — on the basis of our legitimate interest in running an effective website, using only aggregate or anonymised data where possible.
  • To comply with legal obligations — such as keeping financial records as required by HMRC.

Third-party services

We share information with the following service providers as necessary to operate:

  • MailerLite— email marketing and automation. Your name and email address are stored on MailerLite's servers. See MailerLite's Privacy Policy.
  • Substack — our Clear Your Blocks newsletter publication. If you subscribe via Substack, your data is also subject to Substack's Privacy Policy.
  • Lemon Squeezy — digital product checkout. Payment and transaction data is processed by Lemon Squeezy. See their privacy policy on their website.
  • Book Like a Boss / Stripe — coaching session booking and payment processing. See their respective privacy policies.
  • Vercel— website hosting. Usage data may be processed by Vercel's infrastructure. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information to any third party, ever.

How long we keep your information

  • Email subscribers — for as long as you remain subscribed. We will remove inactive subscribers periodically.
  • Purchase records — for seven years, as required by HMRC for tax purposes.
  • General correspondence — for up to two years, unless there is an ongoing reason to retain it.
