Digital Products: Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any downloadable items (e.g., PDFs, workbooks, audio files) once the order is completed and the product is sent.
Physical Products: Our physical products (such as mugs, journals, and art) are printed on demand especially for you. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for "change of mind." If a product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 28 days of receipt with a photo of the item, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
