1. Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, Workbooks, Digital Journals)
Due to the immediate, non-returnable nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order is completed and the product is downloaded.
Under UK law, you have a 14-day right to cancel for digital content, but this right is waived if you choose to download the content immediately. At the point of purchase, you will be asked to give your express consent to an immediate download and to acknowledge that your right to cancel will be lost. This allows us to provide you with your digital product instantly without a 14-day waiting period.

2. Physical Products (e.g., Mugs, Posters, Printed Books & Journals)
Please note that all our physical products are printed on demand especially for you by our trusted production partners. This means that once an order is placed, it is sent for custom production.
"Change of Mind" Returns: Because each item is custom-made, we are unable to accept returns, process exchanges, or offer refunds for "change of mind," if you have ordered an incorrect size or colour, or for any other reason except where an item is damaged or defective. We ask that you please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We stand by the quality of our products and will absolutely offer a solution for any items that arrive with a quality issue. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
To initiate a claim, please email us at sales@dreamalignrewire.com with the following information:
Your full name and order number.
A clear description of the issue.
A clear photograph of the entire product and, if applicable, the specific area of damage or defect.
Once we have received your email and verified the issue, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment. You will not be required to return the faulty item.
