1. Digital Products (e.g., PDFs, Workbooks, Courses)
Delivery Method: Instant Download
Delivery Time: Immediate.
Process: Upon successful completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing a secure link to download your digital product(s). This email should arrive within minutes. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it.
Access: Your digital products will also be accessible through your customer account on DreamAlignRewire.com (if applicable).
2. Physical Merchandise (e.g., Mugs, Posters, Apparel)
Our custom physical merchandise is created on-demand, especially for you, by our trusted production partners.
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production Time (Making Your Order):
This is the time it takes for your custom item to be made.
Most non-apparel items (like mugs and posters) and apparel are estimated to take 2–5 business days for production.
Over 97% of orders are produced and shipped within 5 business days, with more than half being completed in 3 business days or fewer.
Shipping (Getting Your Order to You):
Once produced, your order is passed to one of our global shipping partners. Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.
Shipping Options: Available methods (e.g., Standard, Express for US domestic orders) and costs will be calculated and displayed on the checkout page.
International Orders - Customs & Duties:
For UK, EU, and Canada: We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. This means all customs duties and import taxes are prepaid. The price at checkout is your final price; you will face no surprise charges upon delivery.
For other international destinations: Orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes by the destination country. You, as the recipient, are responsible for any such charges.
3. Printed Books & Journals
Our professionally printed books and journals are produced and dispatched on-demand by our trusted book printing partner.
Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
Production Time (Printing Your Book):
Our book printing partner typically takes 3-5 working days to print your book.
During peak periods, this can sometimes extend up to 10 working days, though this is rare.
Shipping (Getting Your Book to You):
Once printed, your book is dispatched directly from our book printing partner's facility.
Estimated Shipping & Total Delivery Times:
UK Standard: Shipping 2-3 working days (Total 5-8 working days)
EU Standard: Shipping 3-7 working days (Total 6-12 working days)
US Standard: Shipping 5-10 working days (Total 8-15 working days)
Rest of World Standard: Shipping 5-15 working days (Total 8-20 working days)
International Orders - Customs & Duties (DDP):
For UK and EU: We use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. All customs duties and taxes are included in your checkout price; no additional fees on delivery.
For USA and Rest of the World: DDP is not available. Your order may incur import duties or taxes upon delivery, for which you, as the recipient, are responsible.
Order Tracking
For all physical products, once your item(s) have been produced and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your package's journey.
